Role:
“Mohsin-Fatema Youth Welfare Foundation” was formed on 01/01/2018 A.H. with the aim of helping the national development by creating mass awareness among the neglected groups in the society and participating in various developmental programs of the government.
Type of Organization: It is a completely non-political voluntary social organization. We have started our journey from Sitakunda upazila area Chittagong. But the vision is to spread the light across the country even beyond Internationally.
Name of the Organization: “মহসিন- ফাতেমা সিদ্দিকী যুব কল্যাণ ফাউন্ডেশন” In English “Mohsin-Fatema Youth Welfare Foundation”

Working area of the organization: Sitakunda upazila area. Later the organization is subject to the approval of the registration authority. The work area can be extended to the entire Chittagong district.
Eligibility and Rules for Membership:
Regardless of race, religion, caste, men and women in the workplace can be members of this organization. In order to gain membership, an application must be made to the president in the printed form prescribed by the organization. The decision will be taken by presenting the application form in the executive meeting. In the decision, if the applicant is considered eligible, he will get the primary membership by paying the prescribed admission fee. The member will be under the observation of the Executive Council for up to 06 (six) months of admission. During this time, if the behaviour of the member is favourable to the organization, then the permanent membership will be given, otherwise the membership will be dismissed.
Aims and objectives of the organization:
- a) Adopting various programs to help poor people, eliminate illiteracy and social development.
- b) Engaging in joint processes in the activities of public-private development agencies.
- c) To make the backward groups aware of their rights, responsibilities and duties through advanced training and to make them aware of their fortunes.
- d) Building social movement against dowry system and drugs.
- e) Extending the hand of help and assistance to those affected by natural calamities (floods, cyclones, epidemics etc.).
- f) Helping the educated and uneducated unemployed population by setting up training centres in modern technical education (computer and production oriented technical education, sewing, handicrafts, livestock and poultry rearing, fisheries etc.) so that they can become financially and socially established by increasing their skills.
- g) To develop the handicapped, poor men and women, youth and youth, children and the elderly, tribals and tribals and development of these groups. To accelerate national development by bringing it back to the mainstream.
- h) Encouraging people to adopt and implement comprehensive social forestry programs to preserve the balance of the natural environment. Taking public awareness raising activities on environmental pollution.
- i) To provide assistance to the Government for the implementation of Government policies and strategies in agricultural extension.
- j) Observing national days with due dignity and participating in official functions.
- k) Providing financial assistance for the marriage of orphan, destitute and destitute girls.
- l) Setting up a library with various types of books for the educated unemployed and school college students of the area to spend their time and acquire knowledge.
- m) To organize cultural programs for the leisure and entertainment of the people. Establishing and managing music, dance, drama education centres.
Categories of Members
Those who pay regular monthly subscriptions after obtaining the membership, motivated to implement the aims and objectives of the organization and express loyalty to the constitution, will be considered as ordinary members. General membership admission fee 150/= (one hundred and fifty) Taka, monthly subscription 50 (fifty) Taka. General Member Executive will have the right to participate and vote in the Parishad elections.
To implement the aims and objectives of the organization by encouraging the development of the organization and towards the constitution. 2,000/= (two thousand) Taka or its equivalent value at one time to the funds of any individual organization. Life membership can be obtained by the decision of the executive council by providing resources. Lifetime members. He can enjoy all the benefits except the right to participate and vote in the elections of the executive council.
Any man/woman residing in the area of operation of the organization for the development activities of the organization. 5,000/= (Five thousand) Taka or assets of equivalent value to the organization for one time, then the Donors will be counted as members. In this case, the permission of the Executive Council should be taken.
- a) If involved in any activities against the interests of the organization or against the state.
- b) If sentenced by the court.
- c) Absent in 03 (three) consecutive meetings without proper reason.
- D) If you do not pay the subscription of 03 (three) months in a row.
Special Note:
Before cancelling the membership, the General Secretary shall issue a notice to the member to show cause as per the decision of the Executive Council. If he does not reply to the notice or the reply to the notice is not satisfactory, the Executive Council can cancel his membership.
Responsibilities and Duties of Members
Ordinary members shall be obliged to work for the welfare of the organization. Will perform the duties assigned by the Executive Council smoothly. And will always strive for the development of the organization.
Organizational Structure: This organization shall have 03 (three) councils to manage its activities.
The General Assembly consists of donor members and other members. This council will be the highest ruling council of the organization. The Council shall constitute the Executive Council by decision or by secret ballot. If the executive council fails to fulfil its responsibilities, the general council can take any action or decision. This council will approve the annual budget, annual income and expenditure account.
Every after 02 (two) years, the Executive Council will be formed either by the decision of the General Council, or through secret voting method of the ballot paper. The formed Executive Council will fulfil the overall responsibility of the development, goals and objectives of the organization. He will perform the responsibility of organization’s income-expenditure account and fund maintenance smoothly through cleanliness and accountability. Solve all problems. The council will take the decision to approve the admission of members and to cancel the membership for appropriate reasons. The number of members will be 11 (eleven).
The executive council will form an advisory council with 08 (eight) members for a period of 02 (two) years from among the knowledgeable, well-educated, social workers of the work area. The Advisory Council will give best advice to the Executive Council and assist in various developmental activities undertaken by the organization. The Executive Council will take constructive advice from the Advisory Council if necessary. The Advisory Council will be a chief advisor. And the remaining 07 (seven) people will remain as advisors.

Responsibilities and Duties of the (Officer) Members of the Executive Council
The President will be the chief officer of this organization and will preside over all the meetings of the organization. If there is equality of opinion in any decision, he can make or cancel the decision by an additional casting vote. Moreover, the general secretary will take the permission or advice of the president regarding the convening of the meeting. He shall pass vouchers for all expenses incurred by the organization
The Vice-President will perform the duties of the President in the absence of the President. However, he cannot sign any financial matters and withdraw money from the bank. The Vice-President will assist the President in a comprehensive manner. And the Vice-President shall perform the duties assigned by the Executive Committee for the welfare of the organization.
The General Secretary shall serve as the Executive Head of the organization. He shall issue the notice of meeting with the approval of the President. The general secretary will present the organization’s income-expenditure, progress, annual budget, annual work plan etc. for approval in the annual general meeting. Along with the supervision of various developmental works, he will sign the organization’s valuable documents and exchange letters.
The Joint General Secretary shall perform all the duties of the organization in the absence of the Executive Chief General Secretary of the organization. Besides, he will assist the general secretary in the management of the organization. and shall perform the duties assigned by the Executive Committee for the welfare of the organization.
The Finance Secretary will be responsible for the financial affairs of the organization. He will collect subscriptions from the members on behalf of the organization. He/she shall record the cash/ cash balance and other registers of the organization. After that, the general secretary will sign the cash register.
The Organizational Secretary will perform the organizational duties of the organization. He will be under his supervision for various social welfare and development work of the organization. Moreover, he will perform all the responsibilities of maintaining the order of the organization, strengthening the organization and strengthening the organizational activities
The Sports and Cultural Secretary will look after and listen to the sports and cultural affairs of the organization. He will be responsible for all the sports and cultural activities entrusted by the executive council, sports and cultural development and series development.
The Legal Affairs Secretary will provide legal assistance free of cost to the organization, as well as the underprivileged people of the society by providing legal assistance in matters related to the interests of the organization. In addition, he will perform the duties assigned by the executive committee for the welfare of the organization in the management of the organization.
The Information and Publicity Secretary will be responsible for the distribution of all types of publications, leaflets, circulars in periodicals, letters etc. and distribution of all types of news.
The office secretary will carry out various office duties. He will properly perform the duties assigned by the Executive Council.
He will perform the duties assigned by the Executive Council for the welfare of the society. He will formulate social development projects and submit them to the Executive Council meeting for approval.
The Joint General Secretary shall perform all the duties of the organization in the absence of the Executive Chief General Secretary of the organization. Besides, he will assist the general secretary in the management of the organization. and shall perform the duties assigned by the Executive Committee for the welfare of the organization.
